The first step in the process of putting together Nermal's Thermal Underwear is to create model sheets for each character. I'll be using the model sheets as reference as I create each page of the book in order to keep characters looking consistent. This first sheet is Nermal's head shot. I'll be posting more model sheets as time goes on.

One Tuesday morning, from no one knows where,
A package arrived all wrapped up with care.
“Is it for me?” asked Nermal politely.
“It certainly is.” Said his mother quite brightly.

So begins a children's story I wrote several years ago. Now that I've closed the doors on my Doodle-All-A-Day project, I will be spending a good majority of my free time illustrating the book in the hopes of one day publishing. I will be posting progress reports here periodically, so check back occasionally.
